Core Freedom Solutions LLC maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Alpha Score Seminars Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

1. Use of Site

Core Freedom Solutions LLC provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Core Freedom Solutions LLC authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.

2. One Account per User

Users agree not to share their account access information with anyone, including strangers, their family members, friends and/or people living in the same household. Breach of this agreement will result in closure of the account without the right for a refund.

3. Refunds

The Core Freedom Academy offers a 30-day refund policy provided no more than 50% of the course material has been viewed. No refunds will be issued for students past the 30-day mark, even if they have not yet begun their course. Students who are banned from the Academy for any misconduct, do not receive a refund, except at the discretion of the instructor. To request a refund, forward your purchase receipt to [email protected] with the request for a full refund.

4. Affiliates

Every student has the option to become an affiliate. As an affiliate you become an advocate of our site, our courses and Dr. Cha~zay's work. As such you are to respect other people's terms and conditions and are not allowed to spam sites, forums and such, with your affiliate link. You agree to read other sites' terms and conditions and refrain from spamming or annoying people with unpleasant sales tactics. You are free to share your affiliate links with your friends and family and on sites you belong to and where you are in good standing.

DO NOT USE YOUR OWN AFFILIATE LINKS TO SIGN UP TO ANY OF OUR COURSES. Doing so will result in you losing your affiliate status and we will not be able to pay any commission coming to you. You may also get banned from the Core Freedom Academy from taking any future courses.

All affiliates start at 30% commission and are increased to 40% and 50% at the discretion of the site owner.

Affiliate payouts are as follows:

First payout: 45 days after referrer has registered. This avoids any back charges since every new student has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Subsequent payouts: Bi-weekly every 1st and 15th of the month.

How do affiliates get credit?

Each affiliate has their own set of unique affiliate links that they can use to direct traffic to the Core Freedom Academy. Provided that a person's first-ever visit to our site is via the affiliate link, this will be tracked via cookie so that if they end up making a purchase the affiliate will be credited for that sale. This will happen even if the visitor doesn't sign up for a user account on our site at first. If they come back within a 30-day period to sign up and make a purchase it will be credited to the affiliate. The first visit is the key.

Affiliate commissions are calculated based on any purchases the user makes on an ongoing basis (including each installment of a subscription or payment plan). Each affiliate can view the amount owed to them from the Affiliates page of their dashboard.

When the student creates an account on our site they will have the referrer (the affiliate) attached to their user profile, provided this information was present in the cookie. Any future orders by this student will be credited to the affiliate. If by chance the user visits our site but does not sign up right away, the cookie will last for 30 days (unless they clear their cookies sooner).

5. User Warranty

As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other similar school or academy, or a competitor who registered solely for the purpose to gain access to our course material and videos.

6. Trademark and Copyright

Core Freedom Academy, and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Core Freedom Solutions LLC and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use or the unauthorized sharing of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Hyperlinks

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Core Freedom Solutions LLC may not have reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

8. No Warranty

The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Core Freedom Solutions LLC further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. Core Freedom Solutions LLC may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials at this Site may be out of date, and Core Freedom Solutions LLC makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Core Freedom Solutions LLC, its contractors or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever, arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites linked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.

10. Applicable Law

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Core Freedom Solutions LLC may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.

11. Effective Date and Updates

The Terms are effective as of February 14, 2014 and are subject to change without notice by Core Freedom Solutions LLC at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
