EFT has been in my life since the 90s when I first was introduced to it in California. I've been using the Emotional Freedom Technique in combination with Dowsing and Reiki and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. EFT, also known as Tapping, is quick, easy, effective and incredibly discrete. It can be done in 1-2 minutes per session with astonishing results. I've overcome some pretty difficult situations and with the help of EFT have been able to transmute non-beneficial energies to beneficial energies.Since the 90s I've been quietly testing out EFT to see if the practice could be used for past-life issues (traumas and more), future events, opening intuitive channels, and to use it as a law of attraction tool or a simple manifestation tool.
